Berkov Designs was established in 2009 by Melina Berkov-Rojas as a small jewelry company
creating costume jewelry for boutiques throughout the Los Angeles and Bay Areas.
The company evolved significantly in 2015, offering two new lines, Lost Leaves & Melatica.
Renowned luthier and craftsman Christopher Berkov partnered with his daughter Melina
to offer the Lost Leaves line, which features meticulously crafted pieces in 14 karat gold
with hand-cut precious opals, and a variety of other gemstones. Melina’s line Melatica reflects
contemporary style through intriguing designs which incorporate Sterling Silver with a
variety of semi-precious gems and stones. Berkov Designs continues to create unique, beautiful
handmade pieces with loving attention to detail in order to achieve unique styles with the highest
quality and craftsmanship.
